KinJour Gathering

Shared Transformation in Intentional Spaces

Welcome

Welcome to KinJour Gathering.

You have been carrying a lot. Navigating a lot. And somewhere along the way — through the transitions, the losses, the labor of showing up in spaces that didn't always make room for you — you may have set down some of the most essential parts of yourself just to make it through.

KinJour Gathering is where you come to pick them back up. With other people.

Created by Dr. Kim Davis, KinJour Gathering is a community space built on a simple and radical premise: the things that matter most — healing, growth, clarity, joy, becoming who you already are — happen faster, go deeper, and last longer when we don't do them alone.

When you walk into a KinJour Gathering, you may not know anyone in the room. That is not a problem to solve. That is the beginning of something. The kin you find here are not given to you in advance — they are made through the journey you take together.

KinJour Gathering — three words that hold the whole story.

Kin — the people who are yours. Not only by blood, but by choice. The ones who walk beside you through the hard and beautiful terrain of a life lived with intention.

Jour — short for the journey. The daily unfolding. The winding road of becoming. (And if you listen closely, there is a sojourn inside that word too — a meaningful dwelling, a rest along a longer road.)

Gathering — what happens when people show up for each other. Not an event. Not a program. An ongoing act of choosing to be in community — and discovering, every time, what becomes possible when you do.

The Name

What KinJour Gathering Offers

Rooted in Research. Built on Belonging.

KinJour Gathering is not a wellness trend. It is a practice grounded in decades of experience, a doctorate in Leadership and Innovation, and original research on the conditions that allow people to grow into their fullest selves — especially people who have been strategically undervalued.

Dr. Kim brings her whole self to this work: her scholarship, her artistry, her embodied training, and her own lived journey of healing and becoming. When you come to a KinJour Gathering, you are not signing up for a program. You are stepping into a community that was built to hold you while you grow.
